1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform"means the pp777 website, mobile browser application, and all related services accessible at pp777.cam and its associated domains.
• "Player" / "You"means any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or any other purpose.
• "Account"means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Bonus"means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by pp777 to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions set out in individual promotion terms.
• "Funds"means real money deposited by a Player into their Account balance, held by pp777 for the purpose of gameplay and withdrawal, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "KYC"means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that pp777 requires all Players to complete before processing withdrawal requests.

2. Eligibility

Access to the pp777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. pp777 reserves the right to verify compliance at any stage of the Player's relationship with the Platform.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or bonus balances.
• 2.2You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• 2.3Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pp777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions.
• 2.4You must not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• 2.5You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits participation in gambling activities at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials at all times. pp777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account that results from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login details.

• 3.1You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pp777 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• 3.2pp777 reserves the right to require Players to complete KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
• 3.3Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pp777 will attempt to notify the Player via their registered email address before any dormant account action is taken.
• 3.4Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. pp777 will suspend accounts where account sharing is suspected.
• 3.5pp777 may, at its discretion, close any Account and return the remaining real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the pp777 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pp777 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• 4.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
• 4.2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability. pp777 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 4.3Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes via bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the recipient bank. pp777 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received during standard operating hours.
• 4.4pp777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pp777 may freeze account funds and conduct an internal investigation before processing any withdrawal.
• 4.5All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refunded to the source account and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 4.6pp777 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers. Available methods are subject to change and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pp777 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the individual promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the individual promotion terms take precedence.

• 5.1Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance or withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 5.2Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus play that exceed the wagering requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.
• 5.3pp777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a Bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited, but the real-money balance will remain unaffected.
• 5.4Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms — will have their accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• 5.5Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Responsible Gaming

pp777 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all Players. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available in the Account settings section of the Platform.

• 6.1Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• 6.2Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Players who wish to apply a self-exclusion should contact [email protected].
• 6.3Reality checks and session reminders: Players may configure timed reminders that notify them of elapsed session duration at regular intervals. These reminders are designed to promote awareness of time spent gambling and to encourage regular breaks.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• 7.1Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• 7.2Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the house. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error are void and will be forfeited.
• 7.3Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of pp777.
• 7.4Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or betting information in real time, or otherwise engage in any form of cheating that undermines the integrity of games offered on the Platform.
• 7.5Registering or using the Platform if you are a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pp777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pp777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game assets — is the exclusive property of pp777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or any commercial use of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of pp777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp777 limits its liability to Players as follows:

• 9.1pp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
• 9.2pp777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pp777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. pp777 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
• 9.3Where pp777 is found liable for direct losses caused by its own negligence or wilful misconduct, its total liability to a Player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

pp777 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pp777.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. pp777 uses SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit and does not store payment credentials on its own servers.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pp777 will notify Players via a notice on the Platform or via their registered email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud concern.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at pp777.cam/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and pp777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player is encouraged to contact pp777 support at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pp777 is committed to resolving Player disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the Platform's support documentation.
